Handl / Hopp
A small idea with a clear starting point:
find a game, jump in, keep playing.

01 / The idea
Hopp is a product I’m building through Handl. The starting idea was swipe-to-play discovery: quick browser games that you can jump into without downloading an app.
Building my own product meant making the same choices I help clients make: what someone sees first, how they find their way around, and how the identity carries across the experience.
02 / Discovery
The shipped home puts game discovery in one phone-like shell. Search sits near the top, a featured game gives you a place to start, and category filters offer another way through the catalogue.
A visible Play now action sits below the featured card. Home, Play, Ranks, Create and You stay together in the bottom navigation.
A game search field is placed above the featured card.
Category filters sit beside a “For you” starting view.
The featured card is followed by a prominent Play now button.
03 / Identity
The current home brings a dimensional HOPP wordmark together with Gloop, the character featured in GLOOP’s Farm. Bright game artwork sits inside a dark interface, with turquoise and lime accents around the main actions.
It gives the product a playful identity that carries from the logo into the game cards.
Product detail / Mobile
The same compact layout carries from desktop to mobile. The hierarchy stays focused on the game artwork, search and the next action.

04 / Build decisions
Browser delivery keeps the entry point to a URL. A narrow, consistent shell gives the desktop and mobile versions a shared structure. Search, filters and the featured game make discovery visible before someone chooses what to play.
This is original product work from Handl: concept, identity and a working browser product, brought together in one place.
